It was the best and most enjoyable Real Estate transaction I have ever had. I most definitely have told anyone I know who I used in my Real Estate transaction, whether they are currently buying or selling a house.

 

You have really gone far beyond the business and professional level to help me not only with the purchase of my house, but doing anything you could to ease the pressures I was facing, relocating from another area.

I have been working in the same office as Friederike for 14 months now. As a new broker associate, I have had many questions about the business.

 

Friederike has always taken the time to sit down and answer my questions. Friederike is involved in every step of her clients' deals, ensuring that contracts proceed to closing.

She often goes with her clients to the lenders' offices and talks to the appraisers, inspectors, bankers and underwriters, diligently working to ensure top service for her clients. She makes herself available on weekends and in the evenings, if that is the time her clients can meet , or see properties.

Even after a deals closes, Friederike stays in touch frequently with her clients and her ability to communicate with clients in Spanish, German, French and Italian is a huge plus, and she lends an air of international sophistication to our office !
